* Facilities Manager - Office Fit Out
* £20 - £25 per hour PAYE
* Initial 12 month contract but could extend further
* Role working on-site at Farnborough, Hampshire



We are looking for an experienced Facilities Managerto join a global Construction and Engineering company within their UK Head office based in Farnborough. Our client has fantasticoffices with great facilities and currently going through a complete refresh and fit out on all floors so the ideal candidate will have previously completed an office fit out project and have a passion for Health & Safety.



They have completedsome of the work already and it looks amazing. The reason for the hire is due to the current incumbent being seconded to anotherarea of the business so there will be a good handover available to the successful candidate.



This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours andwork Monday to Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off. It will be a fully on site role and there maybe the occasional need for overtime/weekend support.



Duties as Facilities Manager can include but not limited to:

* Organising andcarrying out HSE Inductions
* Project management on fit outs
* STAs for multiple contractors
* Waste Management control* Security contract management
* Be the main Landlord contact
* First Aid coordinator
* Reserve Fire Marshall
* Audio Visual Support
* Main contact for Holborn London office support
* Sustainability
* Member of the ISO auditing team for Office Services
* Building management
* Contractor Management
* Working in SAP and with Indirect Procurement



Skills and experience required for the Facilities Manager:

* The ideal candidate will have previous experience of an office fit out and a stable background within Facilities
* Have passion and strong knowledge of Health & Safety
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
