I am working with an exciting Housing Association who are looking to bring a senior construction professional into their organisation to lead their project management and construction quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
* lead and drive the delivery of their affordable housing development programme, ensuring that they build as many quality homes for affordable rent as possible with quality and compliance being at the core of the service.
* Exploring, recommending and implementing programme delivery strategies
* Ensure that new homes built meet current building standards and proactivelyengage with leading industry bodies with regards best practice and any proposed changes to legislation.
* Managing, leading and supporting Senior Project Managers, Development Quality Manager and other Construction and Delivery Team members at all stages of project management on schemes of varying complexity.
* Responsible for Health & Safety compliance of the Constructionand Delivery Team.
