Description:
Daily Duties:
- Supervision of a small team of Electrical and Mechanical technicians covering works such as Electrical Maintenance/ Installations, Plumbing / Heating / Water etc
- Organisation and prioritisation of work schedules & coordination of sub-contract workers on site.
Candidate:
- Previous Supervisory/Coordination with experience gained from a similar / building services environment.
- HND/HNC qualified. Electrical with relevant supporting qualification.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Electrical systems, BMS and an understanding of mechanical systems
£38,000 to £40500 per annum
Monday - Friday 8am- 4.30pm
26 days plus Bank holidays
