Description:
Daily Duties:
- Supervision of a small team of Mechanical and Electrical technicians covering works such as Installations, Plumbing / Heating / Water, Electrical Maintenance etc
- Organisation and prioritisation of work schedules.
- Coordination of sub-contract workers on site.
- Updating of records, compliance documentation and reporting methods.
Candidate:
- Previous Supervisory/Coordination with experience gained from a similar / building services environment
- HND/HNC qualified. Mechanical preferred (Plumbing / Heating)
- The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled and have knowledge of BMS systems
£36,000 - £38,000 perannum
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
26 days plus Bank holidays
Candidates may be suitable with the previous job titles of :Site Services Engineer/ Facilities Engineer/ Site Engineer/ Supervisor / Coordinator , Team Leader
