Project Manager - Health & Safety Compliance

South EastPanoramic Associates is currently supporting a Housing Association with the recruitment of an interim Project Manager. Aspart of your role, you will focus on carrying of required compliance checks across a range of housing tenures along with community-based housing units.
Other responsibilities:
* Overseeing the build quality on site and allocating both direct andsub contract labour
* Effectively operating the Housing Associations HSE management system
* Identify and allocate appropriate resources to projects
* Effectively comunicating with the Building Safety Regulator and Fire Services to ensure that that all required requests for information are appropriately actioned
It would be advantageous if you have obtained a NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate. Experience working within a Housing Association setting would be advantageous
