Description:
A thriving Housing Association require an experienced and dedicated Property Maintenance Surveyor to join the business and their strong team.
This client works in conjunction with a Local Authority and is responsible for its housing management functions.
The main roleof the Property Maintenance Surveyor will be:
·Take responsibility for the social housing stock and the management of responsive repairs, voids, mutual exchanges, damp, mould, etc.
·Carry out Stock Condition Surveys
·Provide exceptional customer service and meet expectations
·Cost efficiency for each project
·Log and record data on a hand held device
Requirements
·Previous experience working in a surveying capacity within Social Housing, a Housing Association, Affordable housing, Property, or similar
·Experience undertaking surveys on single properties and blocks
·Strong level of customer care and compliance
·Qualification in Building Surveying, constructions, property or similar
·Car owner with valid licence
·CSCS card
