Description:
Our client, a well-established Medical Provider, is seeking a Property Manager / Facilities Manager to manage their clinic portfolio Nationwide. This is a full-time permanent flexible hybrid role based in their head office based in Citywest withsite visits Nationwide. With 85 clinics located nationwide, you will work with a pro-active team that takes pride in their facilities and contributes to ensure a high spec facility.
You will be joining a Global company where everyone is a decision maker, and where professional development is encouraged. You will not be micro managed and you will be working with a team who have an "all hands on deck" attitude. There is a real local Irish business feel, even though it is a Global company.
Your duties will include:
* Review lease agreements.
* Working with commercial landlords and agents to resolve queries
* Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance/repairs or improvements.
* Be available for emergencies and manage crises such as fires, floods, or security breaches
* Set up a planned maintenance schedule and work with an approved list of contractors.
* Maintain health and safety standards
* Maintain and ensure our safety statements are updated and meet jurisdictional legislation.Are you a Member of a FM professional body?
Do you have working legal knowledge of leases etc
Are you able to offer a highdegree of flexibility - this is a national role that requires frequent travel around the island of Ireland.
