SALES NEGOTIATOR
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be supporting a highly Estate Agency located in the Bolton Area whois looking to expand their team due to continued growth. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be joining an office-based team where you'll be responsible for managing the sales process of residential properties, liaising between all parties and promoting services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a career driven individual to join a business that has a clear strategic growth plan and can offer the successful individual the opportunity to quickly develop.
Location: Bolton
The Package: £20,000 to £22,000 Basic, Plus an uncapped bonus structure with an OTE of £28k+
THE SALES NEGOTIATOR ROLE:
* As a Sales Negotiator, you'llbe responsible for managing the residential sales process
* Handling new listings, booking viewings for an external viewing company to complete
* Liaising with Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors and other professional bodies
* Negotiating with Vendors andBuyers
* Closing deals and organising paperwork
* Working to targets for Sales Targets, Financial Service appointments, auction and conveyancing targets
THE PERSON:
* You'll need to have experience in an estate agency environment (Ideally as anSales Negotiator but open to a candidate who is working as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Administrator or has good experiencewithin an estate agency)
* Must have experience within the Residential property market
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Computer literate with MS Office
