Get Recruited are supporting a well-established estate agency who have afantastic reputation in the area. Due to continued growth within the company, they are now seeking a Sales Negotiator to assistwith the running of the branch.
You will be conducting viewings, negotiating offers and will be responsible for growing thesales side of the business. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious sales negotiator who is looking for the next step in their career, with fantastic earning potential and future opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Visit and talk to sellersabout their property and its special features
* Dealing with phone and email queries
* Conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Reach sales targets for the company
* Handling the marketing for the branch
* Up-selling our additional services with great financial rewards
* Giving customers an outstanding level of customer service throughout the sales process
IDEALCANDIDATE:
* Experience working in a similar Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent role
* Experience within sales and negotiation
* Full UK driving licence
* Hard working
* Self-starter and motivational
* Excellent communication skills
