What you'll be doing as a Site Agent - Specialist & Structural repair
On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Manage the project team and supply chain to deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets and standards
* Manage site dimensional control ensuring that contractors have the facilities for setting out of the works
* Produce all site documentation for delivery of the works including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, Construction Phase Management Plan etc as required across a number of schemes* Produce scheme programmes then deliver to the programme, measuring progress and productivity outputs
* Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and the site HS&E plans
Who we're looking for in a Site Agent - Specialist & Structural repair
So, what might we be looking for?
* A reasonable level of experience in structural repair/specialist repair projects delivery
* This could be in ANY of the above areas/sectors described
* Experience of working on Infrastructure schemes

Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum
