Description:
Daily Duties:
* Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building plant controls andthe Trend BMS.
* Maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and the control systems and equipment associated with the BMSand building plant equipment throughout the organisation.
* Establishment of a preventative maintenance plan and asset listsfor the BMS and controls-related plant items.
* Monitor daily performance and proactively address issues to maintain suitablebuilding conditions for clients.
* Manage or provide planned maintenance and reactive diagnosis and repairs to all elements of the control system.
* Review opportunities to further develop the uses and capabilities of the BMS
* Updating of records,compliance documentation and reporting methods.
The Successful BMS Engineer Candidate:
* Substantial relevant experience in an equivalent role within a large multi-site organisation.
* Robust knowledge of controls engineering, controls systems and BMS
* Fundamental understanding of sustainability and energy reduction techniques
* Experienced with contractor management
* HND/HNC in related Electrical, electronic or building services subject or relevant degree
£42000 - £51,800 perannum
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
26 days plus Bank holidays
