Rate of Pay:Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, basic hours 40 or so
Our client is looking for a Tenantliaison Officer working on a social housing Electrical Installation / EWI scheme in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Duties Include:
- Verbally & face to face liaising with tenants to complete the pre-instalment survey and discuss what work needs carrying out where you can expect a high volume of calls as there are usually 80 installs per week to be arranged.
- You will also be supporting the Site Management team to carry out the work to the required standard.
- Visiting tenants to address complaints if required to report back to Senior Management team. (mileage will be provided)
You Will Need:
- Previous experience as Planner / Scheduler / TLO within the Construction or tenanted housing sectors would be advantageous but is not necessarily essential providing that you have strong transferable skills.
- Candidates must have good organisational skillsand a professional phone manner.
- Basic training / a hand over will be provided.
- Driving License
