Our client is seeking a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery expert who can advise on theircurrent plans and preparations as well as leading on the development of their policy documents and procedures:
Objectives* Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation, we are seeking a potential provider to,
* Develop and producewritten Departmental Business Continuity Plans (dbcps) and an overarching Business Continuity Policy (BCP),
* Develop and produce a written Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for use specifically by the IT team,
* Undertake a cyber risk assessment and develop and produce a written Cyber Response Plan (CRP),
* Advise us on the adoption of industry best practice regarding the implementation and regular testing of the DBCPs, DRP, and CRP.
Ideally you will have experience completing this previously for other central government/public sector bodies.
The successful candidate will have proven experience advising on how best to recover from system failure and/or cyberattack. As this role is based in Glamorgan, speaking Welsh would be a big bonus for the customer.
