Business Development Manager - Technology (Public sector)

Remote Role - £40,000 + car allowance + OTEA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our very own team. We're looking for driven business development professionals to join us in an exciting period of growth and expansion.

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant or salesperson with a proven track record of successful new business generation? This could be the role foryou, to shape a business and progress professionally as well alongside earning a competitive package and uncapped commission. Our ideal candidate will come from the Technology or Digital sectors, however other sectors would be considered.

Role:

To strategically target and meet with new and existing clients of Concept Resourcing and discuss & propose offering them an exclusive solution. The role will demand weekly meetings with clients (new and old) looking to explore recruitment difficulties they are experiencing or will experience due to resource demands (war on talent, niche skill sets), whatwe can do, and which solution is most beneficial. High level client relationships need to be developed and the strategy is to contact HR Directors, CTO, Service Directors and or senior line managers and arrange meetings.

Profile:

You will have a successful track record of identifying, growing, and developing client relationships. You will have experience selling IT servicesinto the public sector and associated frameworks. Proven experience winning and selling into the private sector is essential, whilst capitalising on your network of contacts at senior/ influence level, this can be healthcare, local or central government. You will have demonstrated success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of strategic business relationships. Any experience of selling value-added services such as managed services, retained business, or managing agency solutions would be beneficial. Writing and winning bids in the Public sector would be highly advantageous.
