£650 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

Concept Resourcing are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to joina Central Government client based in London. This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is OUTSIDEIR35. Day rate £650 per day.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

Organisational culture changeactivities, preferably in security and cyber security

leading stakeholder engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement,
* Exposure to government technology delivery AND Knowledge of procurement and government commercial processes
