Job Description:
We are looking for an Cleaning Supervisor to supervise the cleaning team and maintain the building hygiene and cleanliness to the highest standards.

Key activities:
* You will provide generalsupervision to the cleaning team
* You will participate in some cleaning activities such as; floors, furniture, fittings and other receptacles.
* You will ensure all cleaning equipment is safe to use, and report any defects to the premises officer
*You will ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned after use and returned to the designated store rooms
* Performing regular quality checks of the standard of cleaning and reporting to the Service Manager
* Monitoring of cleaning and toilet consumables,ordering additional material as required to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and ensure consumables are distributedto cleaning cupboards.
* Undertaking accurate monthly stock takes of cleaning consumables
* The effective support and delivery of HR related issues for staff including management of sickness, attendance, timekeeping and recruitment
* Completing annual staff performance appraisal meetings and reviews
* Training cleaning operatives in the use of appropriate equipment and ensuring its proper use. Delivery of monthly Tool Box Talks to the Cleaning Team with the support of the Service Manager
* Integrating and communicating effectively with the rest of the on-site FM team
Skills, experience & qualifications:
* Keen team player
* Open to change and digitally savvy
* Supervision experience
* Enhanced DBS check needed
