Concept Resourcing are looking for a Communications & Engagement Manager to join aCentral Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £350-400 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have thefollowing experience:
* Be a confident, proactive and positive communicator, comfortable working at pace, with the ability to network and elicit information to create clear, concise and creative communications and marketing plans and products, with a focus on engaging outputs aligned to business outcomes
* Be enthusiastic about managing a wide range of communications tasks using various delivery methods, seeking advice from specialists when needed and overseeing delivery through internal and outsourced resources
* Have project and time management skills, working in an environment with competing priorities, but able to remainfocused on delivery
* Have strong writing skills, with the ability to quickly understand complicated information about new things and write about them in a simple way for both internal and external audiences
* Have the ability to build relationships with different people at all levels and work collaboratively with teams and senior stakeholders
* Be resilient and comfortabledealing with ambiguity as product and service plans evolve, balancing short term and strategic requirements
* Have evaluationand insight knowledge and experience to track progress and make improvements to your work
