Contingent Workforce Officer
London, Bristol OR Manchester (1 day per week on site)
Day rates: £150 per day 8 months INSIDE IR35
Concept Resourcing are looking for a Contingent Workforce Officer to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol/Manchester. This is an initial 8 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rate £150 per day.The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Have experience of managing onboarding processes and ensuring that vetting standards are met
* Have an understanding of vetting requirements for new starters joining the Civil Service or equivalent entry standards for non-public sector companies
* Have excellent written and verbal communication, a demonstrable ability to write and communicate clearly to candidates and stakeholders, as well as the ability to escalate and communicate risksin a timely manner
* Have demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high levelof diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
* Be proficient in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) or similar Microsoft software
