Description:
A London based Council are looking for a highly proficient and expert professional to lead their revenue services.The successful candidate will take the position of Head of Revenue and will be required to develop, improve and drive sound delivery and performance of the department.
The main duties of the Head of Revenues will include:
* Lead in operationalmanagement of the key and crucial revenue services
* Develop and manage relationships with new, existing and significant stakeholders and customers
* Maintain and strengthen external partnerships
* Procure and contract manage the required services that will best benefit the council, its customers and the revenue department
Key requirements/ skills:
* In depth Council Tax knowledge
* NNDR legislation/ Business rates expertise
* Degree level educated, and/ or a substantial amount of manager level experience
