My clientare an NHS Trust based in Derbyshire and are seeking an Integration Director on an initial 3 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) Paying £543 per day (Inside IR35).
Candidate will be based at Cardinal Square/ Scarsdale - they are operating a hybrid workingmodel with a mix of remote and on-site working
Job Summary
The post holder will work as part of a single senior management team and this role will lead the management and delivery of the EMAS/111 contracts on behalf of all East Midlands ICBs. The role will have responsibility and accountability for agreeing the contractual terms and associated commissioning arrangements, whilst also supporting the development of new commissioning and provision models through the creation of Integrated Care Systems and more collaborative and Place-based working.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Educated to master's level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area.
* Extensive knowledge and expertise across a number of specialist subject areas e.g. a combination of some of the following areas: clinical, research and development, personnel, finance, estates, plus further relevant specialist training, research or study
* Proven and significant leadership experience.
* Significant evidence of continued professional development.
* Demonstrated expertise in a Healthcare environment.
* Significant management experience at senior level in the NHS or other public healthcare related industry.
* Proven Board level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development programmes in a politically sensitive and complex environment.
* Proven record in transferring processes and roles between locations.
* Commissioning expertisein healthcare environment.
* Significant experience and understanding of proven implementation of project management methodologies.
* Member of a relevant professional body.
* Commercial expertise.
* Awareness of relevant public and private sectorbusiness management best practice.
* Experience of successfully operating in and delivering priorities in a partnership environment.
