Interim Regeneration Project Manager

Role details:
Panoramic Associates is working with a Local Authority based in the East of England by supportingthe recruitment of an interim Regeneration Project Manager. As part of your role, you will be supporting the council's 1000 homes regeneration programme.
Key areas of the role:
* Overseeing several regeneration and development projects
* Working with a wider range of senior stakeholders involved in the project schemes
* Securing planning consents and carry out financialscheme appraisals
* Mitigating risks, issues and dependencies outlined by the council
* Regularly reporting project progressto ensure they run in correlation with the delivery plan
To be considered for the role, you must have operated within a Local Authority or RP/ Housing Association setting. Originating from a planning or surveying background would be advantageous.
