If you're looking for a new experience that both challenges you and excels your career keep reading. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to Support and deliver works in the Barnet, Lambeth & Enfield area.
Job Function:
* You will be responsible for delivering projects, project solutions to Budget, Time and Scope & Quality (i.e. technical) requirements.
* You will lead in the scheduling and programming of works across the project life cycle(Concept phase to Handover and Close)
* Liaise with Contract Manager for a project, to oversee and manage overall project risk(Strategical, Financial, Operational, etc)
* You will manage matrix project teams to deliver various project delivery solutions (e.g. as Tier 2 contractor) effectively utilising in-house resource (white and blue collar) and sub-contract and supplier arrangements as appropriate.
* To be responsible for their direct client management
* You will lead quality audits ensuring that the company policy and procedures are being adhered to and managed appropriately. Ensure that there is a culture of continuousimprovement within the project team.
* To work as part of a team to build on reputation, capability and delivering efficiently to ensure the projects team maintains a strong project pipeline and develop new leads and clients.
* To be responsible for EDI within their project teams
