Job Summary
Thepost holder will be expected to support their team, department, and organisation to achieve the Trust's Values in their day-to-day work.
Will also be required to support and lead on the NEL Specialist Children's Care and Support Team Project, to developand deliver against project plans, identifying key milestones and using Improvement Methodology to track each Plan-Do-Study-Actcycle to measure improvements and to demonstrate a positive change
And engage with and work within the project management systems including maintaining a progress/risk log and record relevant issues relating to projects
Experience
Essential:* Can demonstrate achievement of successful outcomes in managing workforce related projects
* Comprehensive experience of project principles techniques and tools such as Prince 2 and managing successful projects
* Experience of working in a PMO role* Quality focused with an innovative approach and the ability to solve complex problems
* Experience of facilitating projects* Quality focused with an innovative approach and the ability to solve complex problems
Desirable:
* Experience of delivery projects for people with a learning disability and/or autistic people
* Knowledge of change management skills
* An awareness of the integration agenda within Children and Young People's services
Qualifications/Skills
Essential:
* Excellent written and verbal skills to a range of people
* Ability to build networks which supports good working relationships acrossagencies
* Project management skills including the development of project plans
* Can present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups
Desirable:
* Must be able to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive, or contentious information
