Panoramic Associates are currently looking for two interim Project Managers to help assist a Council's New Business and Delivery team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for new and existing residential housing sites and help to increase and manage a development programme of approximately 400+ units per annum.
Key role requirements:
* Proven track record ofleading development schemes from the public/private sectors
* Maximising existing pipeline schemes and liaising effectively with relevant members/ stakeholders
* Dealing with complex mixed tenure commercial sites
* Managing project budgets and effectively communicating with colleagues in finance to access resources.
Next Steps:
The role will be for 12 months and my client can accommodate flexible working arrangements which will include 1-2 potential remote working days.
