Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet Government staff and visitors
- Diary Management
- Booking function rooms and meeting rooms
- Liaise between different FM departments
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Fluent Welsh speaker- Good customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Successful applicant will have to go through CTC Level Security Vetting to undertake the job role within the client building.
