I am looking for experienced Senior Digital Development and Content Manager to work as part of the CX team for our client in Dublin. The role involves delivering customer focused improvements to theclient's websites, apps and ongoing digital transformation projects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Publish web content and update and maintain existing content across a number of client sites;
* Working to agreed KPIs in line with business requirements;
* Managethe client's website contracts;
* Utilising analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to deliver business focused outcomes;
* Management of client's social media accounts from time to time;
* Provide regular update reports to management;
* Contribute toclient's Digital Strategy and develop the customer digital implementation plan;
* Take complex information and processes andcreate content that makes them simple to understand;
* Work closely with project teams to identify and understand user needs and agree the right content design approach;
* Design content plans, strategies, workflows and processes;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and apply their requirements to client websites;
* Build relationships with subject matter experts andwork closely with them to ensure content is accurate;
* Support content governance and projects to conduct periodic content reviews;
* Identify opportunities to address issues and improve content through continuous iteration, optimising live content based on user feedback and testing insights;
* Decide how to format content considering things like page hierarchy and the user's context;
* Contribute to our style guide, content principles and patterns;
* Contribute to information architecture (IA) projects and decisions around how content should be grouped;
* Contribute to efforts to meet the needs of all users and meet our requirements under the EU Web Accessibility Directive;
* Regularly audit company's website and fix broken links, misspellings, andmissing metadata to improve the accessibility score across the sites;
* Maintain and publish within the client's websites publications directory;
* Ensure content is optimised for search;
* Other duties as assigned.

PERSON SPEC AND COMPETENCIES:
Desired Qualifications, Training and Experience:
* Third level qualification in a digital/website management or English writing or related discipline (required);
* 3-5 year's experience writing and uploading content for one or more large websites;
* Experience with developing websites;
* Experience in working with mobile applications;
* Public sector experience would be a real plus;
* Focused improvements to client's websites;
* Focused improvements to apps;
* Website development project management;* Ensure all digital projects are delivered within agreed parameters, combining the highest quality with the best value;
* Coordinating business as usual website updates;
* Copy writing, including drafting of digital content;
* Contract Management;
KeySkills and Experience:
* Ability to copy-write well for websites, social media, and print media;
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within team settings in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
* Great inter-personal skills and experience;
* Ability to manage deadlines; and
* Ability to work within budgets with strict KPIs;
* Experience in responding to technical user issues and troubleshooting;
* Commitment to providing a quality service and customer service skills;
* Familiaritywith web-based Content Management Systems and willingness to learn new ones;
* Experience in updating and maintaining content across a website/websites;
* Knowledge of SEO best practice;
* Flexibility, problem solving and initiative skills including theability to adapt to change;
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team and make positive contributions toteam;
* Basic knowledge of HTML;
* Flexible, problem solving and initiative skills including the ability to adapt to change;* Demonstrate ability to appropriately analyse and interpret information to provide solutions to user issues;
* Initiative in the resolution of complex issues;
* Have effective and proficient computer skills.
