My Client are an NHS Trust based in Sutton-In-Ashfield and are seeking a Senior Operations Manager on an initial 3 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) with a possibility of extension. Paying £340 per day (Inside IR35).
There is a possibility for hybrid working a couple of days a week, but the successful candidate will be expected to be on the Kings Mill Hospital site the majority of the working week.
My Client are looking for someone who has a broad ops background, with knowledge and experience in the elective/cancer and emergency pathways - there will be an opportunity to be responsible for different pieces of work which can be tailored to their areas of expertise. Will support development of the winter plan, our escalation policy and framework for elective recovery and improvement in cancer standards.
The worker will need a good eye for operational data/analysis and how to use this to drive improvement, experience settingup systems and processes, ability to build relationships quickly, good report writing/presentation skills and some improvementexperience.
A background in General Management or within Corporate Ops would also be an advantage. Main responsibilities willbe supporting Chief Operating Officer & Deputy and interfacing with the Divisions/corporate teams where necessary.
