Service Design & Transition Manager

Concept IT are seeking a Service Design & Transition Manager for public sector technology business. The rolewill implement service design and transition across the organisation.
The role offers flexible hours, hybrid working (2-3 days a week from home) and best in class benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* The implementation, management and improvement ofthe business processes that support the design and transition of services into delivery teams (regional and UK), including maintaining, measuring and maturing these processes across the organisation;
* Lead service design, service catalogue, service transition, operational readiness and acceptance into service, and own the ongoing integrity and integration of the services;
* Coordinate regional input into the service design and transition processes, ensuring that regional service delivery teams have the capability, visibility and funding to support new and changed service designs;
* Monitor service governance processes, ensuring that both regional management teams and UK based delivery functions have visibility of progress;
* Work with the centralplanning and commercial teams to translate global project demand into regional design and transition plans, ensuring alignmentacross Commercial, Projects and Service Management
Skills & Experience:
* Experience of defining and implementing process frameworks
* to support the delivery of Global services;
* Experience of managing the delivery of service change;
*Experience of risk management;
* ITIL foundation certificate (or willingness to complete training
* within the first 6 months)
Salary is £40-45,000 + excellent benefits
