FRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading Agricultural business in the Cork region and invitingapplications for the role of Agri Counter Sales Specialist. Indeed, this is a full-time permanent position offering a highly competitive basic salary.
To note; The ideal candidate will reside within a commutable distance of the South Eastern Cork territory. Furthermore, you will have a strong background in Agriculture, farming and an excellent working knowledge of Agri Supplies. You will also have excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and be comfortable working on both your owninitiative and as part of a greater team.

Hours: Mon to Fri: 9 - 5.30
Salary: Highly competitive

Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive sales in their department by advising customers ontheir buying needs and requirements
* Deliver excellent customer service by offering solutions assisting the customers throughthe buying journey
* Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock
* Operations of tills and cash management
* Merchandisingnew lines of stock, stock replen, stock counting, pricing POS,
* Maintaining a quality standard in your department by taking ownership of its functions
Candidate profile
* Must have previous experience in a customer focused role and a knowledge of or Agri supplies such as feeds, sprays, fertilizers etc.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and driving customer retention
