FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of 'Agri Retail Advisor' on behalf of our client - a leading Irish Agribusiness based in the Midlands. Indeed, this is a full time permanent role.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide both in store retail and yard assistance to our clients customers. The key requirement of the role is to be responsible for supporting the activities of the sales team. The successful candidate will provide a superior quality service by delivering excellent sales and after sales service.
Responsibilities
* Customer service - continually interface with and ensurethat customers receive a high-quality service at all times. Deal with customer queries in an efficient and friendly manner either in-person or by telephone.
* Conduct sales transactions through to completion. Enter sales orders onto the appropriate system
* Ensure that the store and yard areas are clean, tidy and presentable to members of the public at all times. Ensure excellent standards of merchandising, pricing and hygiene at all times.
* Take part in all training provided, when requested - Manual Handling Training, Forklift/ pallet truck training etc.
* Operate Forklifts, loaders etc. on a daily basis. Ensure customersare loaded, deliveries unloaded and the yard upkeep is to the required standards.
* Ensure that all paperwork is completed tomeet company requirements and that relevant systems are maintained
* Receipt of deliveries
* Be flexible in all areas of the store
* Taking direction from the store manager for tasks delegated
* To make sure all health and safety procedures are carried out daily on site.
The candidate
* Experience in dealing with a customer facing environment is desirable
* The successful candidate must have IT skills
* Forklift truck licence and experience is highly desirable
* Knowledge of farming and hardware will be a distinct advantage
* Retail/Customer Service experience is essential
* Customer focused, detail-orientated
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Team player
