Description:
Customer Service / Returns Admin in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high volumeof inbound and outbound activity including calls, tickets and tasks, with a customer-centric approach.
* Utilise all inhouseproperty and CRM systems and associated technology to improve upon existing processes and procedures and streamline call/ticket/task handling processes.
* Ability to work with large amounts of data across modern CRM and ticketing platforms in a fast-paced environment.
* Work closely with our warehouse and sales teams, focusing on fast and effective issue/task resolution to thesatisfaction of the customer.
* Provide an exceptional customer service approach to both internal and external customers.
*Monday 23rd October to Friday 25th October 9am - 1900
* All other hours are Mon - Friday, 0900 - 1730
* Hourly Rate : €12.00
Requirements:
* A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in customer service roles.
* Logical ability to understand, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns while demonstrating a professional approach.* Good IT and data entry skills
* Immediately available
