Description:
A leading Agricultural, Hardware and DIY business in the Ireland is currently looking to recruit an AssistantRetail Manager (Hardware). This is a full-time permanent position.
This role would suit someone living on the Carlow/Wicklow/Kildare Boarder towns/region.
Re: West Wicklow, South Kildare, North Carlow
Duties
* Provide Advice & support tocustomers on a wide range of Hardware inputs
* Stock control and merchandising
* Support the branch manager with the daily running of the store
* Merchandising & stock control
* Generating new ideas and promotions for the store
* Evaluate acustomer's needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
* Making sure the shop floor runs smoothly
Experience* Previous experience ofmanaging staff in a Hardware/DIY retail enviroment
* Ambitious with strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work
* Able to lead by example, proactive in your daily duties
* Knowledge of supplies in Paint, Floors, Doors, Stoves, Gardening etc.
Salary
* Attractive salary on offer DOE 30-40k
