PURPOSE OF THEROLE:
Retail Sales Assistant will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service to the customers and assist retail sales staff where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
* Greet customers and assist them with any queries.* Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability.
* Assist customers in their selection of products and escalate any technical queries to the relevant expert.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in their areas of responsibility.
* Ensure stock levels are well maintained and products are well presented.
* Escalate any complaints or customer issues promptly for resolution.
* Keep up to date with any special offers and the features and benefits of each product.
* Workas part of a team and assist other retail staff as required.
* Keep up to date with market trends.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in retail
* Experience dealing with customers
* Computer literate
* Strong interpersonaland communication skills.
* Teamworking skills
* Passion for Homewares and a keen eye for market trends.
