Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading clothing and footwear retailer based in Sheffield who are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their expanding, highly successful store in Meadowhall.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store, ensuringthat visual merchandising and customer service are of the highest possible standards and managing the team in the store.
THEROLE:
* Leading by example when it comes to customer service, ensuring customer needs are met, complaints are resolved andcustomers receive a quick service
* Managing the team within the store including forecasting staffing needs and recruiting newstarters
* Handling training and development of the existing team
* Liaise with head office regarding stock availability, store layouts, promotions, recruitment and training
* Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively
* Delivering sales targets
* Managing the budgets within the store
THE PERSON:
* Previous retail experience is essential, working in a fast paced clothing store
* Proven management experience with the ability to meet objectives
* Excellent training and coaching stills
* A keen eye for detail as you will be required to create displays
