FRS Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Forecourt Store Manager to lead operations at a prestigiousForecourt near the lovely location of Co. Sligo.
Job Overview:
As the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will focuson the day-to-day management of the forecourt.
Main duties include:
* Staff Scheduling: Strategically plan and supervise employee schedules for seamless daily operations.
* Communication Hub: Promptly respond to electronic correspondences, maintaining effective communication with the team and upper management.
* Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock assessments to maintain precise inventory levels and minimise discrepancies.
* Team Guidance: Motivate and lead a dynamic team, fostering apositive work atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Administrative Functions: Oversee administrative tasksrelated to employee scheduling and other managerial duties.
Remuneration Package:
* Base Pay: Competitive annual salary of €38,000 - €40,000.
