SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR

Get Recruited are supporting a leading company based in Havant who are seeking an experienced and professional Supply Chain Administrator to join their team. Due to continued success and expansion they are looking for an individual from a Supply Chain Administrator / Supply Chain Analyst / Shipping Administrator role with excellent skills around Microsoft Excel and reporting.
THE ROLE:* Running regular reports using the bespoke system and Microsoft Excel
* Setting up new reports and maintain these
* Manipulating data in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, V-look ups etc
* Working with various departments in the business to create reports and deliver findings such as buying, merchandising etc
* Working closely with freight forwarders and suppliers* Liaise with stock teams regarding availability
* Ensuring there is always an accurate record of stock availability
* Ensure the CRM system is aligned with stock levels
* Investigate, analyse and report on stock discrepancies
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a similar Supply Chain / Stock Control / Purchasing / Procurement /Shipping / Import role is essential
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Familiar with import/export processes
* Able to work as a key part of a team
*Highly organised and able to prioritise work
* Confident to work from own initiative
* Able to communicate with colleaguesand clients at all levels
