FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Trainee Sales Person' on behalf of our client based in Co. Cavan. This is a full time permanent role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, have excellent communication skills and be target driven.

The Role
* Generate sales for Groundcare and Agricultural machinery.
* Maintain existing business and Develop and grow new business.
* Liaise regularly with the Sales Manager and Sales Team.
* Delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers throught their buying journey.
* Work to agreed sales targets.
* Maintaining a quality standard in your department by taking ownership of its functions.
* Attend national agricultural shows throughout the year.
The Candidate
* Passion for Sales
* Good negotiation skills
* Ability anddiscipline to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do mentality; enthusiastic and a willingness to take ownership & responsibility for their own performance
* An knowledge / understandingof ground care & agriculture industry would be an advantage
* Good standard of IT skills.
* Living within a commutable distance
