Key Account Manager
(Hybrid Role once up to speed) Bandon, Co.Cork
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with retail and food service accounts, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.
Key Account Manager - Responsibilities
* Take ownership of key customer accounts, Customer Pricing, and Price File Maintenance.
* Manage and develop sales avenues from concept to launch
* Prepare, plan, and manage Sales Account forecast requirements, and manage Sales Pipelines.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships by understanding the customers' values and expectations.
* Improve the Customer Experience and Maintain Customer Service Levels by anticipating customer needs, proactivelyseeking feedback, and identifying any gaps now and in the future.
* Co-ordinate and administer New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
* Preparation and delivery of sales reports for the Senior team.
* Preparation of marketand trends data analysis.
Key Account Manager - Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Commercial experience with Qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
* Knowledge of Lean & 5S practices desirable with Strong Microsoft Office knowledge especially Excel required.
* Customer-focused team player with strong leadership skills.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
