ACCOUNT MANAGER - MARKETING AGENCY
LONDON - 2 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME, 3 DAYS OFFICE BASED
UP TO £55K + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading agency who is seeking a Account Manager to join their excellent team. Due to continued success and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Account Manager and allow you to work along side the world's most iconic brands.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Marketing Account Manager / Strategic Marketing Executive / Strategic Marketing Manager / Strategist / Marketing Planner background within an agency covering clients from either a Financial Services or professional services sector whois confident to work in a fast-paced, client facing role.
THE ROLE
* Working on the biggest accounts within the agency group including large global brands.
* Acting as the lead contact for your clients on all aspects of marketing strategy.* Work with internal insight and information teams to design and commission research, conducting research groups and workshops, in-depth market research and ensuring your clients are always ahead of the curve with any social trends.
* Using market knowledge and evidence from research to consult with and advise with clients on their strategic brand and communications activity.* Presenting strategic plans to clients and working with colleagues in the wider marketing team to execute these plans.
* Forge close working relationships with our client's network of preferred agencies, including Media, Brand Strategy/Creative and PR.* Lead aspects of new business pitches.
* Concentrating on client briefs, reviewing, and implementing changes.
* Reporting into a Strategy Director.
* Attend client meetings to support the account team.
THE PERSON:
* Experience withina marketing agency is essential.
* Must have experience in a Marketing Account Manager / Strategic Marketing Executive / Strategic Marketing Manager / Strategist / Marketing Planner background within Financial Services / Professional Services.
* Experience in a strategic role; creative / channel / content / digital / product
* Experience working withing the technology and/orfinancial services sectors.
* Have curiosity and confidence.
* Have obsessive drive to change behaviours and shape the future.
