UP TO £25,000 PER ANNUM + £40K OTE (UNCAPPED) + FREE PARKING + PROGRESSION + BENEFITS!THE OPPORTUNITY:



I am currently recruiting for my client based in Leeds for an Account Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be growing existing customer accounts, following up sales orders and making calls to supportcustomers from order through to delivery.

The successful candidate must be target driven & self-motivated who wants to progress.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a consultative B2B role, within product sales. If you pride yourself on being able to build strong relationships with your customers whilst being able to manage key accounts, then this could be the role for you!



RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop the existing customer base to generate additional revenue,you will have an allocated account base of existing customer
* Identify new areas for growth and develop business within thesemarkets
* Ensure you take ownership of personal performance against agreed targets
* Look at and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for additional product sales
* Utilise the systems (CRM) to their full potential to maximise efficiencywithin the role
* Manage and influence existing customers, with the objective of increasing margin sold within a defined customer base
* A high volume of canvassing calls to generate, qualify and develop existing and new customer accounts
* Achieve agreed targets for margin growth in existing customer base
* Achieve agreed targets for margin growth in new customer base
*Work with Sales Director to develop customer contact strategy in line with company objectives
* Qualify and develop prospects/customers using a range of data sources including internal databases and CRM system
* Identify future opportunities and establish lost business reasons
* Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis the results of telephone calling activities as determined by the Sales Director



THE PERSON:

* Minimum of 2 years within B2B Sales/Account Management
* Experience working within the Industrial Equipment industry would be ideal
