By using our own sales system, we have developed them into Top Sales Performers.The business is now embarking on its next phase of growth and we are now seeking an experienced Sales professional to join thecompany to focus promoting 3 main sales training services; Public Courses, Bespoke Onsite Courses and a Combined Sales Recruitment & Training offering.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual that would like to undertake a hands-on sales position but also has the desire to become a key player within the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reporting to the Sales Director and working in close collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting the 3main Sales Training services that the business offers
* Handling inbound telephone/email enquiries and converting them into bookings
* Identifying available cross sell opportunities within the existing group wide client base
* Proactively contactingvia phone, email and social channels key Sales Directors/Managing Directors in London, Manchester and surrounding cities
* Business networking within the local community
* Targeting key prospective partners to create a lead referral network
* Working to and exceeding sales targets
* Regularly attending Sales Training sessions to improve skills and gain a stronger understanding of Hamilton Moss Sales System
* Using DocuSign to confirm bookings and the companies Modern CRM system
* Processing bookings and liaising with the accounts team
THE PERSON:
* Current experience of telephone-based Business to Business Sales/Account Management
* Some exposure to face to face meetings would be an advantage
* A genuine interest in sales training and professional development
* Computer literate with MS Office, Internet and CRM Systems
* Ability to work autonomously withstrategic direction
* Proven sales track record of meeting & exceeding targets
* Interested in attending sales trainingcourses to enhance personal skill set
* A career driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
