* Support the drive for growth across regions by looking to develop and enhance client relationships.
* Monitor and engage with the relevant production teams to drive best practice, simplify, innovate and continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
* Support the PM and Production team as appropriate ensuring the customers and markets are always at the forefront of the actions.
What You'll Do:
(Client)
* Develop and maintain relationships with internaland external key stakeholders involved in key projects.
* Ensure client's markets and brands have an optimum level of serviceat all times.
* Input into strategic business plans and business proposals and support their deployment.
* Engage the Marketing community efficiently, supporting the wider strategic engagement plan.
(Financial)
* Monitor project and overall customer costs and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
* Ensure financial data is captured and reported backto the business weekly/monthly/yearly as appropriate.
* Identify opportunities for growth through process efficiency and/or efficiencies.
(People)
* Lead and motivate a virtual team to support the successful delivery of all projects.
* Encourageinnovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements from all employees.
* Role model the Company values
(Operations)
* Lead and participate in business projects and initiatives
* Regularly report on achievements and issues, escalating issues where required
* Continually develop knowledge and skills to maintain and improve personal performance and effectivenessin a changing environment.
What You'll Have:
* Strong knowledge of Creative production.
* Good experience or knowledgeof marketing solutions/multi-channel/digital & print production management.
* Good Knowledge of broadcast / moving image production.
* Good understanding and experience of managing multiple, complex internal and external relationships.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Good MS Excel skills.
* Ability to develop high quality professional documentation.
