SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an Acquisition Manager, the role will be looking to spearhead our client's new player acquisition strategy. This will be driving both volume and value while having the sharpest focus on ROI, budgeting, planning and optimisation. What you will be doing:
*
Deliver the acquisition strategy across all channels and evolve the client's media-mix.
*Work closely with the Head of Marketing on the budgeting, forecasting & target setting for all appropriate channels.*
Full ownership and responsibility for PPC, Affiliates (revenue share, CPA and hybrids), Display, Mobile App Ad Networks, Paid Social, Sponsorship Activation, SEO & ASO.

Work alongside the Head of Marketing on defining and establishing a brand-building & media strategy.
*
Develop and optimise the clients new player conversion funnels.
*
Develop cross-device strategies to efficiently drive converting app/mobile web & desktop traffic.
*
Use data to shape and define all tactical initiatives.
*
Manage media buying across biddable channels, ensuring a laser sharp focus on cost management.*
Be the owner of off-site brand identity, create compelling advertisements which engage with prospective audiences to drive conversions.
*
Manage the relationship with key strategic partners /agencies contracted to support the acquisition growth.
*
Provide monthly spend reconciliation updates and own the supplier invoice management process with Finance.
*
Play an active role in bonus abuse identification and mitigation from new players.
*
Work closely with wider stakeholders to ensure that the acquisition strategy is fully aligned with business initiatives.
*
Become an expert on responsible gaming.
*
Provide mentoring, leadership, training and support to direct reports.
What you will need to succeed:*
Have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in an acquisition focussed iGaming role.
*
Have experience in strategy setting, inclusive of both forecasting and budgeting.
*
Have management experience.
*
Have extensive paid media buying experience across biddable channels.
*
Have experience with different attributional conversion frameworks.
*Have operational experience across Google Ads, Facebook, Affiliate programmes and Advertising Exchanges.
*
Have experience using Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Appsflyer & PowerBI.
*
Have experience using JIRA or similar.
*
Have had exposure to large budget management and cost control.
*
Have a data-first mindset and experience in reporting findings.
*
Have a strong commercial background, with exemplary negotiation skills.
