THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are proudly working with a highly successful and highly reputable business who have been well established for over 40 years who due to significant increase in business and a fantastic year so far are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their sales team at this exciting time.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to be a part of a growing mission-led business who wants to grow and develop in their career. If youhave experience working in a Sales Executive, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, Administrator or similar role then this isn't one to miss.
THE ROLE:
* Supporting the account managers with administrative duties to provide exceptional service to existing and potential new customers.
* Manage the sales inbox and deal with day to day queries from customers.
* Stay up to date with new product launches, product specifications and product information.
* Maintaining andupdating the company database.
* Answer phone calls when needs be to assist with any customer queries.
THE PERSON:* Must have experience as a Sales Executive, Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or similar.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* High level of accuracy.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Goodknowledge of MS office in particular excel.
* Having an interest in the health food industry is a bonus.
