An Affiliate Manager is require for a dynamic company in Malta. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team, stay abreast of industry trends, excel in conveying ideas, and flourish in an environment that values autonomy and accountability. The perfect candidate will be passionatefor affiliation, a deep understanding of the business, and awareness of the intricacies involved in engaging with affiliates. We're looking for a skilled salesperson with outstanding interpersonal abilities and a knack for identifying both new and established affiliates, as well as potential traffic sources.

* Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
* Coordinating the operations in the Affiliate team to provide the best affiliate service in the industry.
* Working closely with all assigned affiliate partners to ensure they have everything they need.
* Actively searching for and acquiring new affiliate traffic potential.* Proposing creative ideas to market our brand in the affiliate area (such as marketing campaigns, material or technical solutions)
* Aligning with internal stakeholders such as Country / Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
* Ensuring a positive ROI from affiliation.
* Reporting on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
* Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up-to-date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
* Following any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
What You Will Need to SucceedIn This Role
* Experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry
* 1 years + as Affiliate Manager plus experience and a passion for negotiating are a must.
* Expertise in gaming, with an understanding of betting and iGaming affiliates.* Highly analytical with deep understanding of Internet advertising metrics, conversion rate optimization, and financial analysis
* Possess strong negotiation and implementation skills.
* Tenacious, positive, and represent our brand
* Flexible to attend major Gaming events worldwide to attract new affiliates, gain competitive knowledge, and grow our business.
