What You Will Be Doing
* Affiliate Partner Management:Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the iGaming industry. Evaluate potential partners based on their audience reach and ability to drive quality traffic to our platform.
* Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to acquire new customers, increase player retention, and maximize revenue. Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate partner performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
* Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on iGaming regulations in Malta and ensure that all affiliate marketing activities comply with local and international laws.
* Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most profitable campaigns and channels.
* Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and design teams to develop compelling marketing materials and assets that resonate with target audiences.
* Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures and agreements with affiliate partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the iGaming sector. Use this knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in affiliate marketingwithin the iGaming industry.
* Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape in Malta, including knowledge of key players and trends.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
* Familiarity with online gambling regulations and compliance.
* Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
