THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a leading services organisation located in state of the art offices in Manchester City Centre. The company offer animpressive portfolio of products and they are now engaging on a rapid growth strategy due to significant customer wins.
Theyare now seeking an experienced Appointment Setter, ideally with a background of working within a B2B sales environment. You will be speaking with customers, explaining the process and providing follow up calls/updates.

The company are easily accessible from locations such as Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Stockport, Crewe, Stoke, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Northwich, Handforth, Cheadle, Levenshume, Didsbury, Manchester Airport, Manchester City Centre.
The successful candidatewill be given very thorough initial training, however, they believe in continued training and development to enable the candidate to rapidly grow with the organisation.
THE PERSON:
* Experience working within a Customer Service or Sales led role within a call centre environment (If you have experience in any of the following roles the company will consider your application,Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Call Handler, Inbound Sales Advisor, Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Customer Service, Telesales, Claims Handler, Sales Advisor, Sales Agent.)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
* A quick learner of new systems, products and services would be a significant advantage
* Computer literate with a knowledge of using MS Windows
* A confident individual who enjoys being kept busy and working to deadlines
