Job Title: Technical Bid Coordinator

Location: Solihull, Hybrid (1/2 days a week in the office)

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per annum

Concept are delighted to be partnered with a Head of Pre-Sales to recruit a meticulous and highly organised Technical Bid Coordinator to join the dynamic pre-sales team at a leading technology business based in the West Midlands. As a Technical Bid Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing the bid process, ensuring seamless coordination, timely submissions, and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and potential clients in the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor frameworks and platforms, with a primary focus on the public sector, for new bidding opportunities and communicate relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for communications between the business and prospective clients, responding to clarification questions and conveying responses as necessary.
* Manage the Bid Library,maintaining a comprehensive record of previous submissions and CVs.
* Maintain a register of tendering portals, including those for TS4 and G-Cloud, and centrally manage portal login credentials for relevant team members.
* Support the collation of company information, populating standard content where appropriate.
* Set up and facilitate Bid Meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
* Perform quality assurance reviews on bid responses to ensure compliance with instructions, word count restrictions, and other requirements.
* Own the submission process for bids, ensuring deadlines are met, and all necessary documentation is included.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
* Proven experience in bid coordination or related roles within the IT services industry, particularlyin the public sector.
* Familiarity with public sector-focused systems such as Tussell and Stotles is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
