Description:
Our client, one of the UK's most established Building Management System integrators, is now seeking tohire a skilled BMS Estimator to join their UK sales team on a permanent basis in Manchester.
About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of a successful experienced Sales team. You will be responsible for customer enquiries, calculating labour and material costs, managing tenders and all the relevant documentation involved and promoting the company's brandthrough strong customer relationships.
What you will do:
Confidently liaise with customers and suppliers
Evaluate enquiries and accurately calculate labour and material costs
Customer quotations
Managing tenders and all documentation involved
Readand interpret project specifications, layout and schematic drawings
Foster strong customer relationships and promote the company's brand
What you need:
Prior experience in Sales Estimation or Technical Sales in the HVAC sector or related fields isessential
Ability to evaluate customer enquiries effectively.
Proficiency in calculating labour and material costs accurately.Familiarity with managing tender documentation.
Existing network in the area.
Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Be confident enough to effectively promote the company's brand through interactions with customers.
Familiarity with managing tender documentation..
