MANCHESTER
UP TO £28,000 + COMMISSION + PROGRESSION
Get Recruited are supporting a multinational logistics company who, due to continued growth, are looking for a wellexperienced Business Development Executive with advanced knowledge of freight forwarding to join their team.
Working alongside an excellent growing sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and setting up meeting and appointment for the area sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative and continuously growing sector. The role would suit a motivated, dedicated person who isn't afraid to go the extra mile.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Source and generate new leads / prospects
* Getting details and qualifying hot leads for sales team
* Sending outcompany details to prospects and collate data
* Make appointments for area sales team throughout the UK
* Hit personal andteam targets
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE EXPORT CLERK ROLE:
* Knowledge and history within the Logistics Industry Essential
* Minimum two years' experience within a Sales exec / Telesales / Business Development background
* Excellent telephonemanner
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customerservice/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
